What shapes the final fee
Most sessions sit at the listed starting price. A higher fee may apply when you ask for an accelerated turnaround on an application review, when materials arrive in multiple languages requiring extra preparation, or when a transition map needs a third working session. We state any uplift before you commit.
Payment
Invoices are issued after the consultation is confirmed. Payment terms and accepted methods appear on the invoice. Deposits may be requested for multi-session transition work. See our refund and cancellation policy for timing rules.
Not included in these rates
Job placement, employer introductions, visa or immigration advice, and full ghostwriting of application packages are outside these consultations. If you need a full Lebenslauf rewrite, ask for a separate quote.
