Refunds and cancellations

Scope

This policy applies to paid consultations described on this site: career advisory sessions, application reviews, interview preparation, and career transition mapping. It does not cover goods, software subscriptions, or services we do not offer.

Eligibility for a refund

You may request a full refund if you cancel a confirmed session or document review at least 48 hours before the scheduled start (or before work has begun on a remote review). Cancellations inside 48 hours may receive a partial refund of 50% if we cannot reasonably fill the slot. No refund is due for no-shows without prior notice.

Timeframe to request

Refund requests should be sent within 14 days of the cancellation or of the issue giving rise to the request. Contact us at info@intellitechapps.digital with your name, the consultation type, and the scheduled date.

Full and partial refunds

• Full refund: cancellation ≥ 48 hours before start; or we cancel for reasons on our side; or we fail to deliver the agreed written follow-up within the stated timeframe after a completed session and cannot remedy within a further five business days.
• Partial refund (50%): late cancellation inside 48 hours where preparation work has started or the slot cannot be rebooked.
• No refund: no-show; completed session or completed document review delivered as scoped; dissatisfaction with career outcomes after advice was delivered in good faith.

Non-refundable items

Time already spent on multi-session transition mapping after the first session has occurred is charged proportionally. Optional third-party materials you purchase yourself (courses, books, certificates) are outside this policy.

Deposits

Where a deposit is taken to reserve a transition-mapping engagement, it is applied to the final fee. Deposits are refundable under the same 48-hour rule as full fees if the entire engagement is cancelled before the first session.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to available slots. Further reschedules or late changes may be treated as late cancellations.

Work already started

If you cancel after we have begun annotating application documents or preparing a session from your intake materials, we may retain a partial fee reflecting work performed, up to 50% of the quoted amount, unless statutory rights require otherwise.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days. We will confirm by email when the refund is initiated.
